When you do your grocery shopping this month, stay only on the perimeter of the grocery store, where fresh foods like fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and fish are usually located. Avoid the center aisles where junk foods lurk!
Take a picture of your cart. Make a note of your total spending. It will come in handy on a future challenge.
